Product Description

The one-off hot rolled YH door frame steel for civil air defense produced by Huaneng breaks through the traditional welding process and fills the gap in this field in China. The product is equipped with a vulcanized connection sealant strip. It also has new technologies such as 45-angle bevel cutting and latching hole punching.

Customization Ability: 

Huaneng now has one technical center with various testing and inspection equipment, 38 technical personnel and equipped with automated 2 precision hot rolling mills, Huaneng is specializing in steel rolling more than 10 years,products are currently widely adopted in domestic China market and exporting to Europe,Southeast Asia, Aus and Ru etc.

Quality & R/D

Since the entire proces of section steel production is completed in-house, from rolling to final forming, our company controls the entire production process and can guarantee the highest quality standards in each process. In the rolling process, we will continuously test the chemical composition, will continuously measure the size of the steel, test mechanical properties, micro and macro structure, inclusions content and so on.

All these tests are carried out by our skilled engineers on modern testing equipment. We have extensive experience in the production of special steel and product knowledge, we are always happy to help customers choose the right material grade or optimize existing materials to achieve the goal of optimizing the final product, such as: improve the mechanical properties of the product, improve the processing performance of the product or improve the corrosion resistance of the product.
