Product Description

Square flat steel series:

Finished steel with a rectangular cross-section, hot rolled strip of steel. Its specifications are expressed in millimeters of thickness X width, it is widely used in components, escalators, bridges and fences.

 

An carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.04%-2.3% in architectural steel. We usually refer to it together with iron as construction steel. In order to ensure its toughness and plasticity, the carbon content generally does not exceed 1.7%.

In addition to iron and carbon, the main elements of construction steel are silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, etc. The other ingredients are there to differentiate the properties of the steel.

Quality & R/D

Since the entire proces of section steel production is completed in-house, from rolling to final forming, our company controls the entire production process and can guarantee the highest quality standards in each process. In the rolling process, we will continuously test the chemical composition, will continuously measure the size of the steel, test mechanical properties, micro and macro structure, inclusions content and so on.

All these tests are carried out by our skilled engineers on modern testing equipment. We have extensive experience in the production of special steel and product knowledge, we are always happy to help customers choose the right material grade or optimize existing materials to achieve the goal of optimizing the final product, such as: improve the mechanical properties of the product, improve the processing performance of the product or improve the corrosion resistance of the product.
